Ever since a child, I always imagined that I had something to offer the world. I had this recurring vision where I would go on to create wonderful things and make an impact. I have always strived for this in everything I do, constantly pushing boundaries, learning, unlearning, growing and adapting. Self-Development is a never-ending journey.
The journey hasn’t been an easy road. From being bullied during school, to setting up my first business at 19, expericing significant low mental health due to challenges in the business, to winding up in prison at 21 for selling drugs.
But when you reach rock bottom, the only way you can go is up – so long as you choose to use it as a ladder to lift you up, not an anchor to hold you down.
To date, I have coached and mentored thousands of people, delivered workshops and keynote speeches/motivational talks to over 20-30,000 people, raised over 30k for different charities and set-up multiple communities and projects which help people improve their lives.
And the work doesn’t stop here..
I’ve always envisioned since a child, making a difference in the world.
From setting up businesses, to going to prison at 21, to running 100 mile ultra marathons in aid of local causes, I’ve ticked many boxes and learned many lessons..

I’ve done my fair share of silly shit in my time. I’ve never won an actual race. However I’m probably the only person in Swansea to complete an ultra-marathon barefoot, or run to the top of Pen-Y-Fan (South Wales’ Tallest Peak) topless in -15 conditions – all in the name of self-mastery!
Get after it!
