Changes for life

Ryan introduced me to better well-being practices which I have adopted in my daily life and routine, these things have undoubtedly changed my life, mood and relationships for the better.

I was struggling with making positive changes prior to attending Wild Minds Gower (an event hosted by Ryan) and it gave me the kick/nudge up the butt I needed to stop getting in my own way and start moving my life in the direction I want it to.

It’s been 3 months since I attended one of Ryan’s events and I’ve stopped drinking, lost two stone and ran my first marathon.

I’m much more gentle on myself since working 1-2-1 with Ryan. I no longer try to change things outside of my control and have found much more peace and clarity with my life and work.
